Considering the full potentials of the site is paramount to us. We believe that a good design should add something new to the spirit of the site. A good design merges with nature as if it had been there from the beginning.
OUR APPROACH
Our designs demonstrate BMDS’ ability to bring together and coordinate the skills of the full range of disciplines required to deliver high quality design for our clients within the agreed time frame. Our approach is collaborative and interactive that involves the client, and all partners in decision making. We have a multi-disciplinary in-house team that includes architects, landscape architects, exterior lighting designers and engineers, MEP engineers, structural engineers and highway engineers.
The use of in-house expertise means that there will be a common working practice between disciplines. Our in-house landscape team enables an efficient and effective coordination between the architecture and landscape disciplines.
Our presence at the international level has given us valuable technical experience and a deep understanding of the complex coordination issues involved in the delivery of international projects of varying scope and complexity. Our experience also extends to understanding business culture in the West and East and expectations in terms of quality, delivery and customer relations.
