This compact project features a minimalist design with two key spaces: a cozy bedroom that opens onto a serene patio, and a small yet inviting living room. The design maximizes the available space, creating a sense of openness and tranquility while maintaining functionality. The bedroom’s connection to the outdoor patio enhances the feeling of spaciousness and provides a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living.

The total area of the project is less than eighty square meters. In the refurbishment plan, we connected the two rooms to create a more open and cohesive space, emphasizing the courtyards as the central focal points. A custom-designed table serves as both a bar and a workspace, seamlessly blending functionality with aesthetics. Micro-cement was applied to both the walls and floors, providing a sleek, modern finish that unifies the design and adds a subtle texture throughout the space.
